Yesterday I was thinking about how glad I am that I'm not gluten intolerant. If I was, I couldn't enjoy breads like these. Holy crap. This is delicious.
No...I didn't come up with this recipe, but next time I will try the following few modifications.
- sub. 1/3 of the flour for rye flour
- add more chocolate chips, mini chocolate chips
- bake for a tad less time
- perhaps add a sprinkle of sea salt to the top of one of the loaves? (yes, please)
